Cost analysis, also commonly known as cost benefit analysis, is a process that is involved in the calculation of various costs and benefits as a way to measure the overall feasibility of a project. There are lots of accountants around the world who are involved in cost benefit analysis for companies and institutions, with this form of analysis being an important part of many management accounting.

At one time of the day there were plenty of part-time jobs (Nebenbeschäftigung) available on the market for everyone, meaning that public sector workers such as medical secretaries could pick and choose the jobs which were most appealing. Unfortunately, today with the econoimic downturn there is a distinct lack of jobs, and more job losses to come.
