Syria and Kurdish-led SDF agree to de-escalate after deadly clashes in Aleppo

Syrian government forces and the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) agreed to de-escalate fighting in the northern city of Aleppo late on Monday, after a wave of exchanges that both sides blamed on each other left at least two civilians dead and several others wounded.
